As a Chicago-based actor and coach, I have spent much of the past 10 years coaching business executives and Educators in presentation and leadership skills. In that time I have well over 2000 hours of experience in coaching and facilitating leaders on four continents. In my coaching, I look at the skills that allowed me to be successful in theatre and share those skills that are analogous to helping one find success in their field.

I am passionate that who you are as a person is and asset to who you are in your business.  All too frequently, people at work subjugate their own personalities and become human ‘doings’ instead of human beings.  This shows up in lack of vocal variety, facial expressions, eye contact, etc – basic human elements of engagement.

My goal is to improve the vocal and physical presence of my clients so that they are able to engage and inspire their respective audiences to take action.  I do this by focusing on expanding your range of expressiveness to help connect in a more genuine and persuasive manner.

“We tend to judge ourselves by our intent.  We tend to judge others by their action.”

  - Stephen R. Covey

I aim to make sure that, when it comes to your communications, your intention and your actions are aligned.
