I'm a Chicago-based communication coach for founders and C-suite leaders. For more than 15 years I've coached executives across five continents — 3,000+ hours in the room with people preparing to pitch investors, run boards, close rounds, and lead through inflection points.

I'm also a classically trained actor. I've worked on stage and screen across North America. The craft that made me effective in the theater is the foundation of the craft I share with the founders and executives I coach.

I help my clients access authenticity and calm confidence in their storytelling — enhancing their ability to engage and influence others, and driving higher valuations and faster fundraising cycles.

I believe who you are as a person is an asset to who you are as a founder or CEO. Too often, leaders subjugate their own personality in high-stakes rooms and become human doings instead of human beings. It shows up as flat delivery, missing eye contact, and a story investors never quite buy. My job is to make sure your intention and your actions are aligned — so the room hears exactly what you mean.
